Definitely! Our gym is opened to everyone - from complete beginners to people who have competed before!

Most importantly yourself ! Do bring along your phone too for payment. Other than that, be in comfortable workout attire. Water and towel are optional but good to have! Our gym do sell drinks so fret not if you do forget to bring your water!

We are located conveniently near the central of Singapore at Queensway Shopping Centre! Head over to level 3 and walk along the aisle when you see the thrift shops! You’ll find us!

Our goal is to provide a safe and inclusive space for everyone with safety as a key priority. If at any point in time you do feel unwell, do not hesitate to voice out. Our instructors do not bite!

Do not worry. Our instructors would adjust the intensity for you if you are unable to keep up. If there are certain exercises that you are unable to perform, our instructors would give you alternatives to assist you in building up your fitness level!

Definitely! Our classes generally have a combination of cardio, techniques, and strength and conditioning. It can be a good start for you to improve your overall fitness level as well as to learn something new!

This depends on every individual. Our instructors would assess your level before sending you for local competitions!

We do have gloves and shinguards for sharing. However, we do sell quality gloves and other equipments at affordable prices from Thailand if you do intend to buy!

Our corporate classes typically involve going through the basics of Muay Thai along with bonding games and activities.
